Follow the directions to make a kimono petal from each length, folding the left side over the right. Cut the threads. 5. Arrange the center on top of the raw edges of the petals; tackstitch between the folds around the outer edge. Anchor knot the thread into the crinoline. 3. Stitch through the raw edge of each petal at the gathered seam.
